Manchester United end their league season at Old Trafford against a West Ham side that denied them the title on the last day of the 1994/95 season. This time the Hammers have been preoccupied with trying to avoiding relegation, despite the tireless endeavours of livewire Argentine forward Carlos Tevez. Chelsea are also at home, to an Everton side that has not won at Stamford Bridge since 1994.
At the other end of the table, Sheffield United and Wigan meet at Bramall Lane while Charlton face a daunting trip to Liverpool.
