Series following the changing fortunes of the staff and boss of the ill-fated Philip Johnston & Company estate agency.

This programme picks up the story after Philip's arrest. He originally planned to stay in business but his hopes are dashed as his circumstances change. The newest office closes and his former managers buy out the remaining offices and set up their own estate agency businesses, MCW Residential and John Minnis Estate Agents. Narrated by Jane Magowan.
