Pat Armstrong recently downsized to a terraced house in Eastbourne, but brought years of collectables with her. With most of it being kept in the loft rather than on display, her daughter Sarah has managed to convince Pat to have a clear out.
So the ladies have a mammoth task ahead of them, but hope the effort can help them raise at least 250 pounds at a boot sale.
