Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. They view a two bedroom end-of-terrace in Ilkeston near Derby, a concreted plot of land with planning consent in industrial Leyton in East London, and in the Wiltshire village of Atworth a tiny cottage with low ceilings, a wild garden and plenty of little secrets.
