Pingu and the New Scooter

Animated adventures of Pingu, the clever but rather clumsy penguin who is sometimes misunderstood by those around him.

Pingu is ashamed of his rusty old scooter - he just can't keep up with his chums. He falls in love with a brand new super-duper scooter in the shop, but it is bought by Pingg instead! Pingu decides that the best thing to do is make his old rusty scooter even better than the new one and, with Father's help, he makes it the fastest, funkiest, flashiest scooter in the Antarctic.
