Children's drama series based on E Nesbit's tale of four siblings who come into possession of a magic carpet and a 2,000-year-old phoenix. Robert escapes from the house they have dropped into. Mother and the lamb return home, the Phoenix lays it's egg and says a tearful farewell to the children.
