She has two budgets to find a couple a two/three bed house with land for the horses, in Somerset. The lower, 210,000 pounds, is based on them renting out their Bristol house, and the higher, 260,000 pounds, is based on them selling it. Catherine hopes to surprise them with what she finds in both price brackets.
