Businessman Sir Gerry Robinson believes that any organisation, big or small, can be made to run well and to prove it he is aiming to bring down waiting times at Rotherham General Hospital in just six months.

Two months into the challenge and tensions between the consultants and hospital management are making it difficult to get anything done. The conflict reaches boiling point and Gerry is forced to confront the chief executive about the problems.
