When Mitzi discovers everyone laughing at Buster's jokes she decides she would like to do something funny. She plays practical jokes on Sammy, Alice and Archie, but upsets them. Mitzi meets Frank and Buster at the store and soon she is outside making everyone laugh by buzzing about in a bee costume.
