Fun with pink-haired Stephanie, an enthusiastic eight-year-old, and superhero Sportacus as they learn to make healthy choices and get active. Their friends include Ziggy who likes sweets, Stingy who can't share anything, Pixel who loves video games and Trixie who can't follow rules. The kids want to set an active world record, which jeopardises Robbie's plan to set a record for the world's laziest town. He tries to stop their record-setting but becomes a victim of his own scheme.
