Fun with pink-haired Stephanie, an enthusiastic eight-year-old, and superhero Sportacus as they learn how to make healthy choices and get active. When Sportacus accidentally drops his crystal, a covetous Stingy picks it up and keeps it.

Robbie turns in a fake crystal in order to get the reward, a free wish. He uses it to banish Sportacus. Will Stingy give the crystal back in time to save the day, or will Robbie defeat Sportacus once and for all?
