Cookery series with Big Cook Ben and foot-high Little Cook Small. Little Cook spends his time running around the kitchen top collecting the bits and bobs needed for the different recipes. Together Ben and Small run a cafe where different customers call in for a tasty treat.
Ben has a pair of blue sandals and wants to go to the beach, but is prevented from doing so by a storm. A customer comes in. It is Betty Blue the Holiday Maker, and they decide to cook her some vegetable sandcastles.
