Police comedy drama series. A cross-country train is hijacked by terrorists, who intend to collide it with another carrying radioactive material coming the other way. With his Mountie compadres gassed unconscious it is up to Fraser, his boss Thatcher and an old rival of Fraser's father to prevent disaster.
