Police drama series about a straight-laced Canadian mountie in Chicago. When a gang of crooks dressed as Santa Claus rob a bank, young Del is the only witness - which is especially unfortunate, since his father is the wheelman and he's double crossed the rest of the gang by running off with the haul. Del won't talk to the cops and the Chicago PD aren't making themselves very popular by pulling all the Santa Clauses off the streets on Christmas Eve for interrogation. Can Fraser reach the boy?
