Comedy featuring Scotland's angry middle-aged man. Rab undergoes a vasectomy and becomes a grandfather for the first time. However, the baby goes missing while in Rab's care.
As Rab queues for his vasectomy, son Gash's live-in girlfriend Bridie is about to give birth to the first Nesbitt grandchild.
As the women grow broody and their menfolk fearful, Rab appraises his new status as a grand pater familias.
But all is not peaches and cream, as the new baby goes missing, and Rab is rocked to the core.
