Farewell, Mr Dibble

60s cartoon about the streetwise feline and his gang of alley cats. Top Cat and the gang find themselves having to help out Dibble when he’s replaced by a new patrolman, Officer Prowler. So they lift Prowler’s ticket book and give out dozens of phony tickets in order to create chaos that will result in Dibble’s reinstatement.
