Adam faces an uncertain future.

Shula's pinning up the final selection for the cricket team. She knows there'll be a few disappointed people but she believes it's the right team.

Bert's still worrying about getting his image right, so Alan offers to help him choose an outfit. Dressed in chinos and a smart shirt, Bert's looking the part but when Alan sorts him out a gilet, it's the icing on the cake for Bert. He can't believe he's got a pocket for everything! When the bill comes slightly over Bert's budget, Alan quickly gives him the pound he needs - and tells him to consider it his first tip.

Lynda shares her ideas for the churchyard with Shula, Bert and Alan. Shula thinks they'll need volunteers to get everything done and suggests an open day.

Brian doesn't want to go to Ireland behind Jennifer's back but he knows she won't give her approval. Adam feels sorry for Brian and wishes he could help but he can't involve himself in Brian's decision. Adam shares his concern with Ian, who worries how this situation will affect the whole future of the farm. Adam knows it could end Brian and Jennifer's marriage and God knows what that would do to Mum - never mind the rest of the family.
