Search for a Top Gear Star

Chris Evans is looking for potential petrolhead talent to join him on the new series of Top Gear!

Do you live, breathe and even eat all things automotive? Can you tell a Maserati from a Mazda by the thrum – or otherwise – of its engine? Do you know more about cars than any sane, balanced human should? Then we want to hear from you!

Send us a 30-second video FILMED IN LANDSCAPE to topgear@bbc.co.uk – (longer clips won’t be accepted, unfortunately)

All we want is you, your enthusiasm and what your relationship with cars is. You and you alone to camera. No cars, no stunts, no gimmicks. Being like you think you might be on Top Gear. That's it. Anything else will not be viewed. You must be 17 or older to enter. If you are 17 then please get your parent or guardian's permission before submitting your video. Clips may be used in the programme, online or on other BBC third party platforms like You Tube, Facebook, Twitter or TopGear.com. So if you don't want to be seen on screen then don't send us anything.
