In the Grand Final of Robot Wars, super-spinners Carbide and Aftershock were deadlier than ever. During one epic battle the huge power of Carbide was enough to send part of Aftershock’s armour flying across the arena at such speed that it pierced the glass.

And we don’t just use any glass on Robot Wars. We use polycarbonate glass – it’s meant to be bulletproof!
