When will doors open?
Doors open 45 minutes before the performance.
Will I be admitted if I'm late?
Latecomers will not be admitted unless or until there is suitable break in the music.
Can I bring children?
Children under 5 are welcome, but parents are requested to show consideration to both artists and other audience members.
Is there anywhere to leave coats?
Personal items and valuables are the responsibility of the visitor. There is no cloakroom available on site. Please do not bring any large bags.
How do I buy a Promming ticket?
A limited number of Promming tickets will be available for cash only on the day from Wilton's Music Hall for £6.00. Raffle tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis which gives you the opportunity to buy a Promming ticket from 1.30pm (for the 3pm performance) and from 6pm (for the 7.30pm performance).
Once you have received a raffle ticket, you are free to leave the queue until 1.5 hours before the performance starts. Please make sure you return at least 30 minutes before the performance otherwise you will not be guaranteed entry.
How much are tickets?
Reserved seats: £15.00 (booking fees apply).
Day Tickets: £6.00
A limited number of Promming tickets are available for cash only on the day from Wilton's Music Hall.
Electronic devices
Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
The use of cameras
The use of cameras, video cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
Food and drink at Wilton's Music Hall
A wide-selection of food and drink is provided by in-house caterers, Gatherers (table service available in the Cocktail Bar and snacks in the Mahogany Bar).
Car parking
There is a public car park on the corner of Mansell Street and Shorter Street. Local street parking is limited – please check street signs for details.
Dress code
Come as you are: there is no dress code at the Proms.
