Remap custom-makes equipment to help disabled people live more independent lives. Remap are committed to providing support to all of the families featured in the series.
Scope exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.
Scope's Online Community provides a space where disabled people, parents and carers can get advice and information and talk to people with similar experiences.
In relation to Alex's story
The XP Support Group is a UK Charitable Trust whose aim is to relieve the needs of people with Xeroderma Pigmentosum and other related conditions.
Teddington Trust is a registered charity that offers support and guidance to those affected by Xeroderma Pigmentosum.

Headway is the UK-wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury.
Disability Snowsport UK is a people-centred organisation with a unique sense of purpose: that anyone regardless of their disability can take part in and enjoy the thrill of snowsports.

In relation to Kyle & Pollyanna's stories
Limbcare offer hope, advice and peer support to amputee/limb impaired individuals, communities, families and others impacted around them.
LimbPower was launched in November 2009 to engage amputees and individuals with limb impairments in physical activity, sport and the arts to improve quality of life and to aid lifelong rehabilitation

In relation to William's story
Epilepsy Action is a community of people committed to a better life for everyone affected by epilepsy.

The MS Society is a community of people living with MS, scientists, campaigners, volunteers and fundraisers.
The MS Trust is a UK charity that believes that no one should have to manage MS alone.

In relation to Tobijah, Greg and Jasper's story
Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is the leading national user-led spinal cord injuries charity.

Action on Hearing Loss are the largest charity for people with hearing loss in the UK.

In relation to Malachi's story
Tourettes Action works in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and is the leading support and research charity for people with Tourette Syndrome and their families.
The ADHD Foundation works in partnership with individuals, families, doctors, teachers and other agencies to improving emotional well being, educational attainment, behaviour and life chances through better understanding and self management of ADHD, ASD and related learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, Irlen’s Syndrome, dyscalculia and Tourette’s Syndrome.
The National Autistic Society provide information, support and pioneering services, and campaign for a better world for autistic people.
