Operation Health for Comic Relief is a unique and life changing project, unlike anything we’ve attempted before.
It was an ambitious mission that has seen a dilapidated health clinic in Eastern Uganda transformed in around 9 weeks thanks to the hard work of local people - and your generous donations.
Our very own Greg James and Yasmin Evans went out there to see the clinic as it transformed - and blogged about the whole journey. The money raised helped to cover the costs of the refurbishment and also help to improve healthcare in communities further afield, from training medical staff to providing life-saving vaccines and mosquito nets.
