1: Wayne Rooney on the angriest he's ever seen a manager

WAYNE: "When Roy Keane left (Manchester United), I think it's well known there was a meeting. I can't say the details of what happened in the meeting…

"Roy had obviously had a go at some of the players on the club's TV channel and then Fergie wasn't happy, so he called a meeting. Roy said: 'Let's all watch it together.' So we all went into Alex Ferguson's office - the coaches, Alex and the whole squad.

"I was 18 or 19 at the time. We all watched (Roy's interview) and Roy asked if any of the players had a problem. Everyone said: 'No.'

"To be fair, it wasn't that bad. I think it was obviously a problem with Roy and the manager from the past. Anyway, they got into an argument and a few different things got said and I see Alex Ferguson jump over his desk, and I'm thinking, 'wow, this is crazy!'"

TONY: "Mate, he's a brave fella! He was ready to fight with Keane?"

WAYNE: "He jumped over the desk, he's getting held back, and I was just thinking, 'this is crazy'."

TONY: "The Scottish are brave. They don't care do they?"

WAYNE: "It got calmed down. Anyway, the next day Roy Keane's come into training and then about 30 minutes later we've seen him driving off and that's the last we've seen of him."

2: Ricky Gervais on the angriest he's ever been

RICKY: "It must have been 30 years ago. I was entertainments manager at the place I worked, and I was working nights, doing a band or disco or something, and beforehand me and Jane (Ricky's partner) had gone to a theatre performance somewhere.

"We're in the bar after... my jacket was on the back of my chair and we're having a beer... then I looked round and my jacket had gone. Someone had just swiped it and I thought: 'All my keys are in it, that's my jacket!' You think of all the admin first... I've got to get that changed, I've got to get my credit cards sorted, and then you're thinking: 'How dare you!'

"I ran to the gents toilets in the hope they'd be in there, going through the jacket. And I remember thinking, 'I can do what the **** I want if I find you.' I had this adrenalin thinking I'm going to find them and I'm allowed to do what I want. And they weren't there, of course, and nor was my jacket.

"But I never usually get that angry - not like 'I'm so angry, I could do something terrible'. I've never been burgled, I've never been mugged, but that was the closest I've got to... you know."

TONY: "What a scumbag doing that to you."

3: Claressa Shields on beating up the men at her gym

CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO THE FULL CLARESSA SHIELDS EPISODE

CLARESSA: "I was on top of my game and when I started I was in a gym full of guys. I grew up with these guys and now they're grown men and I'm a teenage girl. Those guys were now becoming stronger than me. They had different attributes to me, even though I was working harder than them. Just the physical attributes to them were still no match for mine and so I had to use more of my skill and not so much my power.

"I always took sparring personally at the beginning, so if those guys hit me with a good shot I used to just lose my ****. When we were younger, maybe the ages 11 to 16, I was whooping everybody's ass in the gym.

"Any dude there - he could have been five, 10, 15 years older - I was head honcho at my gym and I sparred weight classes from my weight all the way to heavyweight.

"I was in the gym sparring guys since I was younger, so as the guys get older they get this sense of like… they're stronger and they're better, and they get embarrassed by getting beat up by a female."

4: The angriest Jamie Carragher has been

CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO THE FULL JAMIE CARRAGHER EPISODE

JAMIE: "I don’t think I’ve ever told this story before, but it was to do with Kenny Dalglish. I'd been out the team for about two or three months, I was coming to the end.

"It was hard, but I'd never once knocked on Kenny's door and said 'why aren’t I playing, I should be doing this' because I thought, you know what, they should be playing ahead of me. I’ll just train every day, have a really good attitude, never miss nothing, never complained to anyone, didn't do anything.

"And then I got in the team, I played a couple of games and then we were away at QPR and Glen Johnson got injured after about five minutes, so I had to go right back and someone else came on as centre back. We end up losing the game 3-2. We got beat by QPR and all of the goals are through the middle.

"We're playing three or four days later and Kenny called me to his office and said 'you’re not playing' and I'm thinking, I've been out of the team for three or four months, I've just got back in the team, I move position after five minutes because someone got injured and all the goals went through the middle. I've actually done you a favour by moving position! I was that speechless and stunned I never said nothing. I went back out, and it was one of them, y'know, you think after five minutes... I can't leave that.”

TONY: "You’ve got to go say something?"

JAMIE: "I went back up and just lost it a little bit and Kenny didn’t get involved or argue. It was just me sort of venting basically what I've built up for a few months, and then it all just sort of coming out before that game.

"I phoned him up after the game and apologised, because I shouldn't be speaking to the manager or Kenny like that, but football to me is like."

TONY: "The frustration?"

JAMIE: "Yeah, but I am an emotional person especially when it comes to football, I really am."

5: James Arthur’s angriest moment... where he nearly lost his arm!

CLICK HERE TO LISTEN TO THE FULL JAMES ARTHUR EPISODE

JAMES: "I think I must have been about 17 or 18. I was round at my mum's house and she converted the garage into this bedroom. I had this mate at the time, and I've got four sisters. I heard you (Tony) talking about your brother and how you got into a lot of scrapes defending your brother."

TONY: "Yeah."

JAMES: "I was the same. My mates were always trying it on with my sisters. They're all pretty girls and amazing personalities, so I was forever like: 'Just stop chatting up my sister.' There was this one time, we were all smashed. Anyway, I've walked into this converted garage bedroom and I saw my mate on the bed getting it on with my sister."

TONY: "Cracking on with your sister?"

JAMES: "They weren't… y'know. But I was wrecked so I registered it, then I walked out of the room as if 'oh sorry' sort of thing, as you do. Then I got outside and was like: 'Hang on a minute, I'm not having this!' The door had been locked by this point, so I thought in my drunk logic brain: 'Right, I'm going to get in through the window here and I'm going to batter him.' I've got a scar on my arm to this day. It's about six inches long. I punched through the window with my left hand... thinking: 'I'm going to get him.@

"Then, as I dragged it back through the window, there was this massive hole on my arm. You could see my bone. Blood spurting everywhere. That's a perfect example of my anger got the better of me."

TONY: "Your anger has got the better of you 'cause you didn't even think to hit the window with something!"

JAMES: "It was that bad I could have lost my arm. I was lucky, apparently."
