Why did you pick this subject for Fresh?

This film carries important universal values for contemporary society, so through a very compact form we talk about big things!

What motivated you to make this film?

This short film was inspired by London Olympics and its core values. Sport encompasses ethics, which all of us can apply in real life. Respect, excellence or friendship are all about proving yourself, not necessarily only on an Olympic level!

What camera did you use to shoot your film?

Frank was shot on DSLR Canon cameras (5D MII and 7D) with a set of prime and L-series lenses.

Who/what inspires you?

I find inspiration in people and world surrounding me. I truly believe in visual storytelling and in how images can express and convey more than words. Lives of others and their complexities allow me to use visual language to tell and share our stories.

What are your plans for the future?

I have completed my MA degree recently, so I strive to prove myself as a self-shooting director and try to work in documentary world, where I want to build my career.

What is the most important thing you have learned so far?

I think it is the ability to be extremely sensitive to people and stories they tell. And to always believe in myself!
