Dave Henson wins gold with personal best
Dave Henson took more than three seconds off his personal best as he won gold with a superb performance in the IT2 200m.

The UK's 2014 Invictus Games captain recorded a time of 24.04, smashing his previous personal best of 27.08 at the IPC World Championships in Doha.
Henson’s success was the icing on the cake on day two as Team UK completed a haul of 20 medals on the track - four golds, six silver and 10 bronze.
Team UK's sitting volleyball side survived a scare to make the final. They had to come from behind to win 15-8 in the deciding set against Georgia. They will play Team USA in the final, while Georgia face the Netherlands for bronze.
