Dear Graham and Maria,

I'm 19, my girlfriend is 17, and we’ve been dating for two years.

I’ve just landed my first proper job, and unsurprisingly, I’m really excited about it.

The problem is, it will mean me moving from here in Stockport to Bristol.

My girlfriend has said she wants to move with me, but I’m not sure it's a good idea.

I don’t want to lose her, and I don’t want to ruin Christmas, but it just doesn’t feel right.

My mum's also warned me that long distance relationships rarely work.

What should I do?

Dear Graham and Maria,

I’ve just moved into a shared house with two other girls.

They get on really well, but I feel like I’m invisible.

I try to talk to them, and ask them open questions, but all I get in return are monosyllabic replies.

They simply don’t seem to be interested in me.

They have movie nights and Sunday roasts, but I'm never invited.

And during lockdown, it’s been even more awkward.

What am I doing wrong?
