- The event will be taking place principally on Pageant Meadow, on the south side of the Abbey, and on the Abbey Lawns. We advise visitors to wear suitable footwear and clothing as some of the event is on uneven ground and outdoors. - Light refreshments including tea, cakes, sandwiches etc. can be purchased from the Antiques Roadshow Tea Tent and Tewkesbury Abbey Tea Rooms.
- Dogs are allowed on the grounds and in the Abbey itself.
- Any firearms brought to the Roadshow must have a Firearms Certificate.
- If you have an item with a particularly unusual story, or perhaps an interesting collection, why not let us know in advance. Get in touch via our online application form and share your story.

Parking:
You will be directed by AA signage to the appropriate free car parking. If travelling via M5/A438, there is designated parking located in the Vineyards Field, GL20 5RZ (off Gander Lane). If travelling via A38, we advise people to park on the field behind Tewkesbury Borough Council offices, GL20 5TT. Parking will be open from 07:30am.
There are provisions for disabled parking in the Vineyards Field and the 6 spaces on Gloucester Road, next to Tewkesbury Abbey Visitor Centre. On-site parking marshals can direct you to the designated disabled parking areas.
Please be aware that in the event of very wet weather our parking options will be limited. Please park in one of the towns pay and display car parks or consider alternative ways of getting to the Abbey. All are within walking distance of the Abbey and the closest is The Rails Meadow Car Park. We would advise that visitors opt to pay for all day parking.
