From the Rolling Stones to the Royal Mail, the rich history of graphic design at the Royal College of Art is laid bare in a major new exhibition.

GraphicsRCA: Fifty Years and Beyond showcases iconic designs such as the famous 'lips' logo designed for the Stones by John Pasche while he was a student at the London school in the 1970s, along with rarely-seen works from the archive, including postage stamps, RCA Film Society posters and typographic experiments.

Here's our selection of highlights from the free exhibition, which runs from 5 November to 22 December. All images courtesy of RCA.
