Radio 1's Summer Of Festivals Competition 2025 - Specific Prize Terms & Conditions

Glastonbury Festival 2025 takes place from the 25th-29th June 2025.

You must be 16 or over on the date of the competition to enter. If you're aged 16 or 17 you must have parental consent to attend.

The winner and their +1 will need to provide their details for prize fulfilment to take place.

Tickets are General Admission and allow the holders to camp on site for the duration of the festival.

Reasonable travel will be provided. Accommodation is not provided (winners need to bring their own camping equipment).

Parklife 2025 takes place from the 14th-15th June 2025.

You must be 17 or over to enter.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over and have parental consent to attend the event.

Reasonable travel will be provided. Accommodation will be provided, a twin room for two nights on 14th and 15th June.

Winners will be offered 4 x food vouchers and 10 x drinks vouchers per day (total). Food/drink vouchers are accepted by some but not all vendors in the VIP area. There may be further restrictions and terms with regards to food and drink vouchers – alcohol is strictly restricted to 18+.

Download Festival 2025 takes place from the 13th-15th June 2025.

You must be 16 or over to enter. If you are under 18 you must have parental consent to attend.

Reasonable travel will be provided. No accommodation will be provided – (prize winners are expected to bring their own camping equipment)

Access to the Rock Retreat enables you to pitch your own tent next to your vehicle in lush fields and enjoy luxury toilets & showers, pamper area, dedicated bar with craft beer (18 and over only), pizza kitchen plus a tea room for freshly prepared full English breakfasts to recharge for the day ahead. Access to the Download Lounge provides luxury restroom facilities, cloakroom, phone charging and a pamper area, all within a prime location near the entrance of the main arena.

TRNSMT Festival 2025 takes place from the 11th-13th July 2025.

You must be 16 or over to enter. If you're aged 16 or 17 you must have parental consent to attend.

Main stage front pen access and a dedicated VIP+ bar (Access to the VIP+ bar is strictly 18+ only and a Challenge 25 policy may apply including ID checks).

Dedicated VIP entrance.

Access to the VIP Garden which has its own DJ and food vendors and is open until midnight.

Reasonable travel provided. Accommodation provided – a twin room for 3 nights (11th, 12, 13th July).

Boomtown Festival 2025 takes place from the 6th-10th August 2025.

You must be aged 18+ to enter and all attendees must be 18+. The winner and their +1 will need to provide their details for prize fulfilment to take place.

Camp Orchid includes spacious, sectioned off camping, a pamper parlour with showers, hair dryers & more. Reasonable travel is included in this prize but winners should expect to bring their own camping equipment for Camp Orchid.

Reading and Leeds Festival 2025 takes place from the 21st-24th August 2025.

You must be 16 or over to enter. If you're aged 16 or 17 you must have parental consent to attend.

You will be given a choice between attending Reading or Leeds Festival.

Tickets allow the holders to camp on site for the duration of the festival.

Reasonable travel will be provided. No accommodation will be provided – prize winner expected to bring their own camping equipment.

Radio 1 Dance: Malta 2025 takes place 16th August 2025.

You must be aged 18 or over on the date of the competition to enter and all attendees must be 18+.

The Radio 1 event takes place on Saturday 16th August at Club Uno, Malta and access to the SummerDaze event on Friday 15th August is also included.

The BBC will provide standard class return flights from a local airport to Malta on Thursday 14th August, returning Sunday 17th August. The BBC will provide a twin-bed hotel room for the winner for the duration of 3 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

It is the responsibility of the winners and guests to ensure that they can enter the country concerned: that they have a valid passport and entry documentation (including but not limited to sufficient length of time on the passport and visas or visa waivers), and that they have appropriate travel insurance. The BBC shall not be responsible for ensuring passport validity, providing or arranging visas or similar entry documentation or arranging travel insurance for the winners or their guests.

Radio 1 Dance Weekend: Ibiza 2025. You’ll gain access to some of the Radio 1 events including our night at 528 Ibiza on Fri 1st August.

You must be aged 18 or over on the date of the competition to enter and all attendees must be 18+.

The BBC will provide standard class return flights from a local airport to Ibiza on Thursday 31st July, returning Monday 4th August. The BBC will provide a twin-bed hotel room for the winner for the duration of 4 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun).
