Design a Ten Pieces poster

Ten Pieces celebrated BBC Music Day on Thursday 15 June. More than 100,000 pupils from over 500 schools took part in Ten Pieces Assemblies across the UK - take a look at our highlights so far.

If your school didn't take part there's still time to join in and great creative by designing a Ten Pieces poster:

  1. Listen to the Ten Pieces music - classes can watch the pieces as clips or listen to them as MP3s
  2. Get inspired - which shapes, characters and colours do these pieces evoke?
  3. Then get creative - the posters can be hand-drawn or designed on a computer. You can pick one, several or all posters to decorate your school with. Take a look at our poster gallery and art gallery for some inspiration.

We'd love to see what your classes come up with - teachers can email posters to tenpieces@bbc.co.uk and we'll feature your school's work on our website.

  • Please include your school name and region in the file name of each poster
  • Please do not include photos of living individuals or children's personal information (eg. names) on any posters
  • You can scan your poster/s or take a photo of them. Please note we can only accept posters sent by teachers and cannot accept physical copies
  • You may want to include the Ten Pieces logo - you can draw it, colour it in, print it out, or make your own poster template
We will collect teachers’/home schooled parents or guardians’ names, email addresses and schools names/regions. Your personal information will be held by the BBC and will only be used to contact you about Ten Pieces. For full details of how the BBC deals with personal information, please visit our BBC's Privacy & Cookies Policy for more information. We will keep your contact details until 31 July 2020 unless you choose to join the Ten Pieces mailing list. Posters shown on the Ten Pieces site may be kept on the website until 31 July 2020.
