How can I get tickets to attend Asian Network Live 2016?

Just over 4 and a half thousand tickets are on sale from Eventim via this page.

Tickets cost £20 + Ticket Fees (see below).

Stalls standing tickets are still available but please note that seated tickets have now sold out.

What are the Ticket Fees?

£2.50 booking fee per ticket covers Eventim staff costs, administration and all other associated ticketing costs.

£1.25 restoration fee per ticket is added to all tickets purchased for events at the Eventim Apollo.

£2.50 standard delivery postage cost is added to each transaction. Other delivery options are available at additional cost.

How many tickets can I purchase?

A maximum of 6 tickets per person, with a limit of 2 transactions per card applies for BBC Asian Network Live 2016.

How does the ticketing process work?

The ticket booking process will be handled by Eventim, working on behalf the BBC.

Tickets will be available by phone; however we strongly recommend booking online via this site if possible – the online system is able to handle far more simultaneous transactions.

Once booking opens there will be a link on the Ticket Information page which will take you through to the Eventim site.

Once on the Eventim site you will be able to select up to 6 tickets for your chosen event and add them to your shopping cart. Please note ticket prices are shown inclusive of booking fees. Once in your shopping cart your tickets are held for you. You then have up to 13 minutes to complete your purchase.

Eventim also offer customers the options to purchase personal Missed Event Insurance as a bolt to your ticket purchases. Please note this option is offered independently from the BBC’s own event Terms & Conditions.

Can I buy tickets by phone?

We advise booking online wherever possible. However, if you don’t have access to the internet you will also be able to book tickets via the Eventim phone number – 0844 249 4300. Calls cost 7p per minute and lines are open 08:00 – 22:00, 7 days a week.

Is there an age restriction to attend?

To attend this event you need to be aged 14 or over. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. You may be required to provide photographic ID in the form of a passport of driving licence.

When will I receive my tickets?

Physical tickets will be sent out to the postal address provided at least two weeks in advance.

Disabled Customer Facilities

Do you operate a 2 for 1 PA/Carer Scheme for disabled customers?

BBC Asian Network and the Eventim Apollo are pleased to operate a 2 4 1 PA/Carer ticket scheme for disabled access customers. The venue has two access platforms in the stalls; each platform caters to 4 disabled customers plus 4 carers. We can also accommodate disabled customers in the Circle, but this is only accessible via steps.

How do I get 2 for 1 PA/Carer tickets?

All tickets for wheelchair users and disabled customers need to be purchased via our disabled booking number - 0333 344 6250*. Please specify when booking that you qualify for the 2 for 1 PA/Carer Ticket Scheme. Please note – no standard bookings or other queries can be dealt with on this number.

Customers must be registered disabled and will be required to bring either a Blue Badge or DLA/ PIP document to the event on the night when collecting tickets as well as proof of ID in the name of the disabled customer (tickets must be booked in this person’s name).

Tickets purchased as part of our 2 for 1 PA/Carer Scheme will NOT be sent out in advance and must be collected from the Eventim Apollo Box Office on site from 4pm on the night of the show.

*Calls to 03 numbers are charged at standard national rates and are included in any inclusive minutes for calls from mobile phones.

Is the venue accessible to wheelchair users?

There is an access ramp at the front entrance of the building or 2 steps from the street into the venue. The foyer and bar area into the auditorium is step free. The circle seating area is only accessible via steps.

Can I bring a guide / assistance dog?

Guide or assistance dogs are welcome at the venue, and staff are happy to look after them during the performance. If you are bringing a guide dog, please call 020 8563 3800 to inform the venue in advance.

Is there a hearing loop system?

The venue has a hearing loop system that covers blocks 8, 9 and 10 in the circle. Amplification headphones and neck loops are available for a refundable deposit of £5.

Event Info

What time will the event take place?

Door opening times are 5pm the main show will start at 7pm. Please arrive with enough time to allow for security checks. The show will be finished by 11pm.

How do I get to the venue?

The Eventim Apollo is on Queen Caroline Street, W6, directly opposite the Broadway Shopping Centre.

Hammersmith tube and bus stations are within the shopping centre and are wheelchair accessible.

Nearest Tube: Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and City Lines).

There are also 14 bus routes close to the venue and black cabs available outside.

Can I park at the venue?

The Eventim Apollo does not have any parking spaces, but the nearest 24-hour car park is located behind the Kings Mall and accommodates 1000 cars. Please note that theft from cars in the area is high so we do not recommend parking on streets in the vicinity of the venue.

Can I bring food and drink into the event?

No food or drink can be brought into the venue. The bar will be selling alcohol (operating a Challenge 21 policy), soft drinks and snacks.

Will there be any strobe lighting?

It is likely that there will be strobe lighting.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes, but please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses and tripods are not allowed in the venue.

Can I bring valuables?

All persons attending the concert are responsible for their own valuables. The BBC will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.

What are the security arrangements?

Additional security will be deployed around the local area before and after the event. Door staff will be conducting mandatory security checks upon entry. It is a condition of entry that ticket holders consent to being searched. All attendees will be scanned with a metal detector wand and have their bags searched on entry. Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will be refused entry, or asked to leave.
