Using approx 4oz (110grms) of Chunky wool and No 7 (41/2 mm needles) |
Cast on 88 sts and garter stitch (Knit every row) 18 rowsNext Row decrease row. Knit 2, knit 2 together, knit to the last 4, stitches.

Carry on decreasing as above until there are 44 stitches left on the needles
Next Row Knit 14 rows without shaping
Next Row Rib. Knit 2 Purl 2
Do 7 more rows Knit 2 Purl 2
Next Row Eyelet row Knit 2, Wool forward knit 2 together to end Sts Knit 2
Next Row. Knit 4 more rows knit 2 purl 2 rib Cast off loosely.
