This week on BBC One's Friday Night With Jonathan RossBruce Forsyth celebrates a lifetime of all-round entertaining and his 80th birthday. He tells Jonathan Ross about a knighthood: "That would be marvellous, but I'm happy being a CBE." On the possibility of quitting BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing: "No! It's a false rumour, I know because I always start my own." The secret of his fitness: "I do a work-out every morning, half-an-hour, yoga and stretches, always before breakfast otherwise I don't feel like it." And what keeps him going: "The audience gives you adrenalin. Sometimes I don't feel like working, but I walk out and feel 35." Supermodel Agyness Deyn, now Model of the Year, talks about graduating from a chippy to Fashion Week. She says: "As soon as I get on the catwalk I'm bricking myself. I'm thinking 'what am I going to have for my tea?'" "I learnt the walk in my kitchen, in my pyjamas and high heels." "As a kid I looked up to models, now I can't believe it." "I started off as a pot-washer in the local chippy, then I was head of desserts in a restaurant. It really makes me appreciate what I've got now." Jonathan also chats to Hollywood superstar Forest Whitaker and there's music from Elbow. A Hotsauce TV production for BBC One.
