One High Court for Ilorin, Kwara state don sentence to death by hanging three pipo for di rape and murder of Olajide Blessing Omowumi, a 300 level student of the University of Ilorin.

Di trial judge, Justice Ibrahim Yusuf convict di three main suspects, di 1st, 2nd and 3rd suspects; Abdulazeez Ismail, Ajala Oluwatimileyin and Oyeyemi Omogbolahan, for di offence of culpable homicide and armed robbery and say make dem hang dem by di neck until dem pronounce dem dead.

Also, di judge find di 2nd suspect guilty of rape and sentence am to 14years imprisonment wey go run concurrently while di 1st, 4th and 5th collect 3years imprisonment for di offence of theft.

 Earlier, di court bin discharge and acquit di 6th, 7th and 8th suspects; Abdullateef Abdulrahman, Daud Bashir Aderayo and Akande Taiye Oladoja on di basis say dem no find dem guilty of any charges.
