After plenti explanation wit evidences, Justice Ashom declare say di case dey dismissed as proof no dey to show say Hamzat dey bear allegiance to US.

Di court also strike out di petition of di PDP candidate Olajide Adediran wey pipo sabi as Jandor, as di judge rule say na dead on arrival.

For di second objection, di petitioners ask di tribunal to decide weda pesin wey lose election fit dey joined as a respondent for election petition.

Jandor bin join di Candidate of di Labour Party, Rhodes-Vivour as a respondent for im petition. Citing a list of decided cases, di tribunal agree say na pesin wey win or pesin wey lose fit file election, e no dey between two pipo wey lose.

Sake of dat, di tribunal uphold di preliminary objection and subsequently strike out di name of di 5th respondent, Rhodes-Vivour from di petition wey Jandor file.

Di tribunal go ahead to hold say Rhodes-Vivour no fit go on to challenge any part of di judgement of Jandor petition or else e go become busybody.

Di tribunal hold say di 6th respondent, di Labour Party for no be respondent for Jandor & di PDP petition. Sake of dat, dem strike out di LP say e no join properly. Dem also remove all evidence and exhibits concerning di party comot for di tribunal records.

According to di petition wey dem file on 7 April, dem accuse di APC say dem no follow Inec rule wey provide say political parties gatz give 21 days notice bifor dem conduct dia primary elections.

Di petitioners also add say Sanwo-Olu no submit of im GCE O'level result wey im claim to get. Jandor say dis na failure against di requirements wey dey di Electoral Act 2022.
