Family of Ummaru Ladan don lose six members, including one 10-year-old girl, afta dem mistakenly use local henna chemical cook instead of white seasoning.

"Na on Friday morning di girl die, afta she die, oda pipo for di house begin sick, so we carry dem go General Hospital Shagari."

"After we reach di hospital, Alhaji Ummaru wife die. So, we combine her funeral prayer wit di girl own. From dia, di doctors for di hospital see say di matter don pass dia power, so dem tok say make we carry dem go di main hospital for Sokoto, UDUTH."

"But before dem fit transfer dem, anoda person die on Saturday, so we carry three patients go."

E add say, "For UDUTH, two of dem die togeda, and on Monday, anoda one come die, so we do funeral prayer for am too."

"Di pipo wey die include one of Alhaji wife, im pikin, two of im in-laws wey marry im sons, and two of im grandchildren," e tok.
