Dat na di reason wey make even wen Police find out say di pikins na stolen children, we call di families and dem return back di children becos no be for any evil intention."

Di suspect add say, "I know say wetin I do no be good tin. E dey very grievous and wrong but I dey plead make goment and society have mercy on me becos I no go continue dat type of tin again. Dis na di first time I dey involved for dis kain tin."

Di suspect also admit say e know say e suppose get proper approval from goment before e embark on such business but e say sake of di fact say di process of getting di necessary approvals and documents dey take a longer time and based on di pressure wey di pipo bin dey put on am, na why e put hand for dat kain business.

"I no dey deny say I no do am and I dey ready to face whatever consequences but I dey plead wit goment to tamper justice wit mercy as I know say I do wetin dey wrong." E tok.
