Supreme Court reserve judgement on Nnamdi Kanu case

Supreme court of Nigeria don reserve judgement for di case of di leader of di Indigenous People of Biafra (Ipob), Nnamdi Kanu to 15 December, 2023.

"We urge my Lords to set aside di judgement of di Appeal Court wey clear Kanu from standing trial and affirm di decision of di Federal High Court for Kanu to stand trial.

We urge di court to also dismiss di cross appeal for lack of merit." Gazali tok.

"We urge di court to dismiss di main appeal and uphold di cross appeal in oda to do justice to dis mata so dat di respondent wey dey incarcerated since June 2021 go get justice.

Mike Ozekhome also withdraw di motion e bin file on 8 Feb 2023 wia e file for transfer of Nnamdi Kanu from DSS hand to Kuje Correctional Centre.
