Police arrest suspect wey tiff new born baby for Ghana hospital

Ghana police don arrest one women wey allegedly tiff new born baby for di Mamprobi Polyclinic on Tuesday 17 February.
Police also recover di child from her.
Viral CCTV photo of di suspect trend for social media wey pipo put pressure on top di police to arrest her.
Gender minister Agnes Naa Momo Lartey confam say police don arrest di suspect on Wednesday 18 February.
"I fit comfam say di police collect di baby from di suspect wey dem carry her give her mother."
She tell journalists for di police station say, "di mama and di baby dey hospital now afta di arrest."
"police now gbab di suspect wey dem dey continue investigation bifor dem go put am bifor court," di gender minister tok.
She add say, "I dey tank di community pipo wey blow di whistle and di odas wey share di story online. We dey work to ensure say dis kind tins no go hapun again."
"We go follow di case to ensure say di baby and di mama dey okay wey di police also pursue di criminal side."
Residents for Mamprobi blow di alarm on Tuesday afta di baby miss.
Afta di arrest of di suspect, dem gada for di police station and di hospital.
"Dis hospital no get beta security; dem for use dis case to bring more security," one pregnant woman tell BBC News Pidgin.
Oda residents say, "we wan make di hospital do di right tin and protect pipo wey dey come here."
Father of di baby Mohammed Agyeman say he use birthmark take identify di baby.
"We dey happy say we find di baby but we go take legal action against di hospital."
He add say, "security dey poor for di place wey dem for get cameras for every side of di hospital."
He confam say his wife dey traumatized by di tins wey hapun.
"You sabi dis tins. My wife dey traumatized. But we thank God say we find di baby."
Meanwhile, relative of di mother of di baby say dem wan make dem do DNA test on di baby to confam say di baby be dia own.
Royal Banks tell BBC News Pidgin say "di hospital staff no treat us well for dis case. I neva understand why dem discharge my sister-in-law yesterday afta dem tiff her baby."
"Na residents and pipo for social media wey give pressure bifor dem take dis case seriously. We wan make dem do DNA test to confam; we no want any wahala in future."
He also tok say "security for dis hospital be poor, dem gatz to fix dis problem."
Di Mamprobi Polyclinic no respond to di development since.
