Popular Nollywood actress Funke Akindele don react to accuse say she no help late Jumoke Aderounmu wen her family bin reach out to her for help wen di actress bin sick.

For one Instagram live session on Tuesday 9 April, di actress say she bin no get idea say Jumoke bin dey sick.

She say she for quiet and no respond to di allegation, but she dey forced to respond afta she see one comment on her page from one user wey tok say, “May you bury your children”.

Jumoke wey become popular afta she feature for Jenifa’s Diary, one television series wey Funke Akindele produce, die on 6 April at di age of 40.

Di deceased brother, Adeola Aderounmu, bin confam her death on im Insta story and many Nollywood actors including Ms Akindele express dia condolence and tok sorry to di family under im post.

However, Funke message no go down well wit di deceased brother as e claim say make Funke dey show fake love becos she ignore di actress wen she dey alive.

Akindele bin comment say “Sad!!!! @jideawobona I bin still ask about her. Omg. May her soul rest in peace.”

In response to di comment, di late actress brother, for series of posts on im Instagram story call out Funke Akindele. “You wey dem call tire, wey you no turn up, she even send Pascal to you, you still no reach out. Why di eye service now wen she don kpai?" E comment.

Most of im Insta story comment paint di popular actress as bad pesin wey no dey help dia colleagues but dey show eye service for public.

Dis im post bin set Funke up for dragging as some pipo for social media begin accuse her say she no dey support her colleagues - dem accuse her of eye-service, among odas. But di comment wey pain her well-well na di one wey pesin tok say she go bury her children.

Dis comment make Ms Akindele come out to clear di accusations against her.

“I gatz do dis becos e gatz do wit sombodi life. I dey so unhappy becos personally, you no know wetin I dey go through. I meet di late Jumoke years ago as an actress, I give her some roles, she feature for Jenifa’s Diary and Industreet and na im be dat. She act her role, get paid and she comot.”

“One day, out of di blues, I ask Jide Awobona (fellow Jenifa’s Diary actor) wia Jumoke dey, make una call her. I later ask, how far, you call Jumoke, e say im call her and she say make dem call her wen work dey, I say okay we go call her wen work dey but afta Tribe of Judah, I neva do any movie.” she tok for di video.

On di news of Jumoke death, she say she reach out to di brother but e no reply her message.

Ms Akindele add say she also get her own issues.

Jumoke wey pipo sabi well-well as Esther sake of her role for one popular television series Jenifa’s Diary die on 6 April at di age of 40.

Di cause of her death neva dey known. However, according to di family member post, dem don hold one funeral service for Jumoke for Owu Baptist Church, Totoro area of Abeokuta for Ogun State.

Di actress gain popularity for 2016 afta she feature for Jenifa’s Diary.

Bifor den, she bin work as on-air personality for Goldmyne Entertainment Box Office as TV show presenter. She bin also work for radio station from 2012 until 2015.
