In order for school users to play the video/audio content on the website they will need to be a member of the ‘Internet StreamingMedia’ group. The C2k Authorised User in schools can make users (or groups of users) a member of this group by accessing the RM Management Console and making the user a member of the ‘Internet StreamingMedia’ group in the user’s properties.

To play the video and audio clips you will require Windows Media Player or Real Player to be installed. If no video or audio is available a text version of the clip has been supplied.

Some parts of the site use Flash, including the activites and slideshows, and will need a Flash plugin. This can be downloaded free via http://www.bbc.co.uk/webwise/askbruce/articles/download/whatpluginsdoineed_1.shtml.
