What we do NICHS exists to improve community relations in Northern Ireland by working with young people. NICHS will motivate these young people to contribute actively to bringing about positive change in themselves, their relationships and their communities so as to enjoy and fulfil their roles and responsibilities as young citizens. Examples of our work NICHS operates four core projects and works with approximately 400 young people each year. Each project has the same fundamental aim; by working in partnership with communities we help create the trust, understanding and tolerance to build sustainable relationships, which will enhance and strengthen any political agreements at grass roots level. The four projects are: - The LINK Project
- CPP (Community Partnership Programme)
- YRC (Youth Resource Centre)
- The Young Leaders Training Project
