Kamikaze Rook
By Colum McCrudden

soaring high above me he can not be mistook heading for my windscreen, for him its one last look. Not so sweet a songbird to the farmer he`s a crook. For his life will soon be over this kamikaze rook

Raven?crow?or blackbird? this beauty in the sky (caw)is his last song for him a chance to cry. I turn my head to heaven for just another look jet-black and descending a kamikaze rook.

Homeward as the crow flies,i stop to take the air. At the spot where he had fallen his CARRION eating friends assembled there. they turn their heads toward me with a vultures look. for nothing now remains of the KAMIKAZE ROOK.
