Having to work for a living.

I think moderation can be taken too far.

Kimberley or Mikado (but not Coconut Creams).

Learning to Morris Dance.
What do you like most about working at Radio Foyle?
I can go home for my dinner. Anything To Declare? After attending a number of third level educational establishments and working in various jobs, such as managing an Army and Navy Surplus store and clerking in the Rates Office, I eventually got a degree in Irish from NUU in Coleraine. I spent what looked like a wasted youth singing and listening to music but it turned out to be great training for my current job. I started broadcasting on Radio Foyle in 1984 with “Mullen’s Folk” and, after a short break to work as a producer, I started presenting Caschlár in 1990. |
