National Poetry Day
National Poetry Day is on Thursday the 9th of October. So in honour of this special occasion, BBC Radio Ulster is running a special Rhythm 'n' Rhyme week from Saturday the 4th to Friday the 10th of October.
The theme of National Poetry Day this year is 'Work' - so poems on this subject would be particularly welcome.
Selected Poems will be broadcast on Radio Ulster during our week of Rhythm 'n' Rhyme! The poems chosen for broadcast and other submissions that we have recieved, will be displayed here in the special Rhythm ‘n’ Rhyme Showcase.
We will be accepting submissions through Rhythm 'n ' Rhyme week, so feel free to send YOUR unpublished poems to rhythmandrhyme@bbc.co.uk.
