Join celebrated legend, Rick Astley, as he puts on a spectacular New Year’s Eve show. Coming from the iconic Roundhouse in Camden on Tuesday 12th December, the TV event will see Rick joined on stage by some very special guests, with live performances that will bring the house down and ring in the brand-new year. Performing his global hits and some surprise songs, Rick and his guests will bring the party right into 2024.

Terms and Conditions
Ticketmaster are the official ticketing partner for the event and will issue tickets on behalf of the BBC (the “Organiser”) for this event. Tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions of the Organiser and the Venue (see HERE) which may be changed at their discretion.
The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions - anyone failing to comply with these conditions may be removed from the premises and have their ticket invalidated:
- You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued to the lead booker via email as e-tickets. They must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry.
- You must be 18 years old or over to attend the event. Proof of age may be requested upon entry - only photo driving licence or a passport will be accepted as valid forms of identification. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
- There is no readmission. Once you have left the venue, you will not be able to return. If ticket holders leave the event at any point, they will not be permitted re-entry.
- The Organiser and / or the Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Venue or other person acting on behalf of the Organiser. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person at the venue, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.
- The Organiser/and or the Venue reserves the right to search all persons and personal property upon entry via bag searches. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward, member of security or Venue representative and a refund will not be provided.
- The following articles are not permitted at this event - refreshments or refreshment containers (with the exception of re-usable and non-single use water bottles), animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), knives, fireworks, laser pens, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), megaphones, luggage or oversized bags, cushions, air-horns, sound systems, flares, cans, bottles or glass containers, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, poles, selfie-sticks, chairs, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. The Organiser also reserves the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification. If the event is postponed, the Organiser will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any re-scheduled event. Ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.
- Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless the event is cancelled or postponed. The Organiser and/or the Venue cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
- Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Organiser and/or the Venue will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred by but not limited to travel to the venue or accommodation.
- This event will be filmed by BBC Studios for broadcast on BBC platforms and may be broadcast on non-BBC external platforms. Ticketholders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photography and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by the Venue, the police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.
- Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted in the venue.
- Tickets may not be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the Organiser. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission by the Organiser.
- Roundhouse is a NO SMOKING venue, anyone found to be smoking will be ejected with no re-entry. Electronic cigarettes must also not be
used inside the venue. - Alcohol will be on sale at this show. The venue will be operating Challenge 25 at the bars so please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age – the only forms of ID acceptable will be a photo driving licence or a valid passport. Security patrols will also operate around the venue(s) to prevent anybody under the age of 18 attempting to consume alcohol
- Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The Organiser, Venue management and Ticketmaster accept no responsibility for any personal property lost damaged or stolen.
- Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at any time during any event at the Roundhouse and their use will be highlighted within the venue. WARNINGS - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.
- Ticketholders are permitted to stand and / or dance within their seat floor-space subject to health and safety rules applying at the time, in that location. Refunds and compensation will not be offered if your view is restricted in this way or otherwise disturbed by members of the audience entering / exiting their seat.
- If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event), please contact us or a steward promptly since complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.
- The BBC and/or Ticketmaster reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
- Tickets purchased via the Ticketmaster website are subject to the Ticketmaster purchasing policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the Ticketmaster purchasing policy and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.
