Radio 1, 1Xtra and BBC Talent joined forces with superstar Usher to search for genuinely talented, experienced performers aged 16 to 25, with star quality, who were willing to do whatever it takes to make it in the competitive music industry.

R'n'B sensation Usher spent three hours working with the performers in a state of the art recording studio in central London.
Taking part in the Usher master class was a great experience; it gave me the opportunity to gain professional advice from people who really knew the business, including vocal coaches and a choreographer. I am now working on my album and looking forward to the future.
