Children's Mental Health Week: Advice when feelings of worry become too much

A children’s mental health charity has told Newsround that schoolwork, climate change, and how you look are some of the main worries faced by young people in primary and secondary schools.

The charity also says that in a survey of more than 1,000 children in England, Scotland and Wales, more than half (55%) said something would stop them from seeking help for their mental health.

With advice from Katie Thistleton, a trained councillor and co-host of Life Hacks on BBC Radio 1,

Newsround visited one school in London where talking about metal health is an important part of the school day.
