Shaw's opening goal was her 100th for City - making her the first female player to reach the landmark for the club in all competitions.

In total, she has a 1.11 goals-per-game rate this season in the league - that's around one goal every 81 minutes.

Shaw has scored 103 goals in just 120 appearances for Manchester City in all competitions.

This includes 74 goals in the Women's Super League, in 82 appearances.

Shaw also holds the record for the most hat-tricks in WSL history, with seven.

It's not only at Man City where Khadija has mage a huge impact.

Despite only being 28 years old, she's also Jamaica's all-time top scorer - in the men's and women's game.

She first played for her country at the age of 14, when she represented the U15s team.

Shaw has also played for the U17s and U20 teams, before making her senior debut for Jamaica in 2015.

And she certainly made a huge impression in her very first senior international match - scoring twice in a 6-0 victory.

You might have seen or heard Shaw being called by her nickname 'Bunny.'

It's even written on the back of her shirt.

But have you ever wondered where she got the nickname from?

It's all thanks to her older brother Kentardo.

He gave her the name because Shaw loved eating carrots when she was a little girl.

4. She's the WSL's top goal scorer so far this season

Shaw's four goals at the weekend, takes her total tally to 12 goals in the WSL this season.

She leads the WSL top-scorers chart by seven goals, with her nearest competitors on five goals each.

If Shaw carries on scoring at this rate, she could even break the WSL record for the most goals scored in a season, which currently stands at 22.

If Shaw wins the race for this season's WSL Golden Boot, then it will be the third year in a row that she has picked up the award - having already finished as the league's top scorer for the past two seasons.

Shaw first arrived at Manchester City in June 2021, on a three-year deal from French club Bordeaux.

Prior to that, she had spent time in America playing for various clubs.

Shaw scored 19 goals in her debut season at City, and helped the team pick up silverware too - as the club won the League Cup that year.

In 2023, she signed a two-year contract extension keeping her at the north-west team until 2026.

According to City manager Andree Jeglertz, the club are currently in discussions with her over a potential new deal too.
