A team of bakers in Scotland have just created the world's biggest Empire biscuit.
The big bake measured a whopping 198cm (78 inches) wide, setting an unofficial world record.
Empire biscuits are a traditional Scottish treat, that are made from two round shortbread biscuits sandwiched together with jam, and topped with icing and a jelly sweet.
The giant biscuit challenge was part of a new baking competition called the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards.

Carefully does it now! The bakers put the finishing jelly sweet on top of their giant biscuits
As part of the competition four teams went head-to-head over two hours to create their giant biscuit masterpieces at Fife College in Dunfermline in the Highlands.
The competition was won by Harry Gow Bakery, by a few centimetres.
Managing director David Gow said: "Being part of the Empire biscuit challenge has been an absolute blast.
"The scale, the detail, the friendly rivalry, it was all amazing." he said.
The biscuits didn't go to waste at the end of the competition - they were donated to local food banks and colleges.
